If you don't have all day, please listen to the other reviews. We waited for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru after ordering.... We unfortunately had somewhere to be (hence why we were getting fast food), and just ended up leaving without our food and goingdown the road to Taco Bell. The staff were doing pointless tasks like stocking cups and looking outside angrily while we satthere wondering what was going on, as multiple people behind us left. I get that stuff happens, but just communicate andapologize instead completely ignoring waiting customers and looking all grumpy. Zero stars, worst staff and non-existentmanagement. Read more
Dad took me out for lunch with my boy in our 1969 Ford ranchero. We pulled in one. It was completely broken, we pulled in the... second one and the button didn?t even hardly work. We had to sit there for like 20 minutes just pushing the button and honestlythe food really isn?t all that good but, it was lunch on my dad so he enjoyed it I guess. Nobody ate any of their tater tots Idon?t know what was up with them. They just weren?t that good. I don?t recommend eating at sonic. It?s pretty gross and alltheir stuff is broken. Read more
I give zero stars to this Sonic location, Alamosa Co. Sat in a car hop stall for over 20 min and our order was never taken.... Finally decided to use the drive-thru. Still had to wait another 10 min to place order. Then we were informed they were out oftwo of the five items we ordered, and not even offering an item that they are advertising, not to mention I heard them tell theperson in front of us they are out of ice cream. Still took another ten minutes to get our food. When we finally did get ourfood our order was short two items. Come on Sonic get it together!! I mean your Sonic, and no ice cream! ????????? this is thefifth time this has happened to us at this location in the last two months. Read more
The car hop was nice but trying to get our order heard was not. The guy got our order wrong at first then the new chop house... burger didn't have any onion straws on it. Said they were out but didn't tell us until after we got our food.....sigh . Paisextra for that burger Read more
This particular Sonic is pretty pitiful. It's filthy inside and out. The doors they come in and out look like they haven't been... washed in years. Even the sidewalk is greasy. I can't imagine what the food prep area looks like. I'm pretty done with thisplace. We waited about 1/2 hour for our food and when we got it it was cold, buns were even soggy. Twice in the past two weeks the ice cream machine has been broken. They didn?t have ice cream OR ice. I ordered over the app,... and I?ll be surprised if I get a refund. Extra star because the workers were nice. Read more
I always try to give this sonic a chance, but it?s getting worse!!! I used to chalk it up to it being busy but I?m done giving... chance after chance! I do have some favorites from sonic but when I go they are either out or always seem to forget something inmy order; or switch it out tots for fries, or forget the nerds in my slush! granted it?s not a big deal but when I clearly tellyou my order, ask you to repeat it back?it should all be correct!
