Had us pull into a space to wait for some hash browns. They forgot I was out here. I called 25mins into waiting I made a call... and they did indeed forget about us but sounded really sorry about it on the phone, manager came out an was sincere about thesituation as well. I visited a McDonald?s, upon entering I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was tall with dark curly hair & referred to me... by ma?am, please and thank you. Upon, delivery of my kiddos blue Fanta and Oreo McFlurry his colleague with dark hair, short andbeautiful eye lashes greeted me & was very personable. In my 33 years of going to McDonald?s this was by far my most pleasantexperience and how engaged the workers were and so polite!! I rarely ever receive this from any other McDonald?s. I was having avery bad day & sounds cheesy but y?all made me realize my problems were so little and to not ruin the entire day feeling thatway. Thank you!!! Read more
This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. We mobile ordered ahead of arriving, ordered only nuggets and cokes, 37... minutes later we got 2 fewer nuggets than we paid for and a random hamburger patty we didn't order. This McDonald's has incompetent employees. The cowboy wannabe doesn't know how to work the computers and was very rude when I... asked to separate our orders after he combined them, even though we had asked in the beginning.
