Terrible service. 2 years, I've been hoping the service would get better and a couple times it's been ok. But the truth is... it's long past time for corporate to step in and fix or close this Dunkin location. They haven't been able to hire or retainquality employees(minus one young man that started out pretty rough and over the last year, I've seen him become the onereliable and efficient employee). The last straw is after a 25 minute wait in the drive-thru (trapped), I get to the window andsee the server texting on her phone, then she was rude. Sorry for spending my money in the establishment...Oh and the order waswrong, couldn't go back to fix the order because the lobby is closed. Until I hear of new management/owner, I'll go somewhereelse. Sorry to the one employee that has stuck around, hope you find a better place to work, you can't carry them on your own. Even the Ford dealer next door is mocking their incompetency, "since your stuck in line forever, might as well make a call andschedule an oil change". Picture taken from the Dunkin drive thru line. Still insanely slow for a coffee shop. I thought they would get faster since they've been open for a couple years now, but they... are still just as slow as they day they opened. The food is usually good, but the drinks are super inconsistent as they are madecompletely differently depending on who is working that shift. Read more
Worst place I have ever gone to in this town. At 7:30 pm Friday, September 30, 2022, I walked in with my wife. First time in... there. The young lady working there had the absolute worst attitude I have ever been exposed to in a business. She actuallytried to get us to believe the store was just about to close, and we were inconveniencing them (the workers) by coming in solate. I feel sorry for the store owner. Or do I? This store is just another side hustle, run by hustlers who can't even move.Disgraceful. This evening about 7:30 pm I walked in with my husband and from the get go was nothing but disrespect! I experienced a young... African teen that asked if we wanted to come back or if we wanted to order now for no reason than she did not want us there...we had just walked through the door and this was our greeting?! Best experience ever at a Dunkin Donuts, Employee DOM showed us by far the best customer service we have ever received at a DD.... His attitude was more than positive, our order was out in a timely manner &" over all his energy started our morning off in aright direction. Words almost can't describe how abismal the service is at this location. Corporate honestly just needs to fire everyone and... start over because they have the stupid leading the blind over here. You have to correct them several times and usually sendyour order back at least once to have any hope of getting the right food, not to mention the extreme wait times even when you'rethe only person there and the horribly rude staff. They will mess up your order and then get mad at you for pointing it out. Idon't know why I keep coming back, it's never been a good experience. Read more
32 minutes from back of the line to leaving the window with cold food. I ordered a hot macchiato and they must have made it when... I ordered because by the time I got to window ten minutes later it was lukewarm. Before I could get to that discovery I had tomake sure I was getting the right order because the price was double from I was told at speaker. Once person was helped to findit admitting the system was all screwed up I was charged correct price, given my sandwich and drink. I'm glad I checked the bagcause after thirty minutes I wasn't leaving without my donuts. The staff was very friendly, but wasn't unapologetic about theextremely slow service. Once I got home a few minutes later, I got to try my my now cold and almost soggy sandwich, donut, andalmost room temp coffee. The sandwich was bland, the sour dough bread would have saved the day if it would have had a crunchfrom being toasted. The donut was soft and deliciously made. As for the coffee once I microwaved it for a minute was finallydrinkable. Overall, I would not visit unless there was no line. I want a redo, but I'm hesitant to ever return. Read more
Great staff and great service. We are passing thru from TX back to CO and we're pleasantly surprised at the pleasant service we... received. The food service industry has suffered greatly with staffing issues( since it seems so many people still don't want towork...) and sometimes things take longer but we did not encounter that here.
