We wanted to try the new sandwiches but they said they didn't have any. Then was told they only had bone in wings because the... truck that delivers had not gone. We wanted boneless. Stop by to pick up lunch and service was bad. Bad customer service by the cashier and cook staff. Cashier was in the back on the... cell phone and it took her a long time for her to come and take my order. And when she did she was rude and still kept textingon her cell phone. My food was cold and not cook right. And then another customer came in and it took a long time for them totake her order. Manager needs to reprimanded those employees for the way they treat the customers and make sure the food iscooked correctly. I had to throw my food away cause it was not eatable . Never stopping here for food again..I do not recommendthis Wingstop to know one.Bad Customer Service and food is not cooked properly. Read more
They took 40 minutes to give me my food. People would come in and out for pickup orders and doordash while I kept on waiting... for my food. Definitely not ever coming back here! Read more
Never have I seen wingstop this dirty ???? I used to be a assistant manager at wingstop & this was very unacceptable. 3 tickets... with 4 people in the kitchen including manager and one cashier.
