Would never in this lifetime or the next recommend this location to host what is supposed to be a memorable event for a child?s... birthday. 1 hour and a half of being patient with 3 tables full of guest and not 1 slice of pizza been served, I brought theattention to management in hopes to get a professional and understanding response of my frustration and embarrassment to myguest; said he would not change how he was running his facility that evening. Didn?t offer and apology didn?t in the least tryto sound considerate or understanding. Instead raised his voice in frustration over multiple angry guest with the same complaintand stormed off to the back. Continued to demand a payment of the party package 1 hour and a half of not having food served orballoons brought out as part of the package promised. I have never dealt with more unprofessional management in my lifetime I amso utterly disgusted, disappointed, and embarrassed to say the very least. I hope this review gets through to someone who willbetter overlook who they place in command of a busy evening because the manager who worked the evening shift on November 19,2022 could very much not handle the pressure or responsibility in an efficient manner. Always a wonderful place to go with the family, it just sucks a little bit when alot of games don't work or when the pizza done... in such a rush that it looks more like bread and tomato sauce. Read more
Place is super outdated. Most of the games ate my coins, a lot of the games where not functioning and out of order. Place... smelled really bad , restrooms where disgusting as well. Really disappointed. Chuck e cheese has a better system on their games.I prefer to not have to place coins in every game. And the tickets as well. Read more
Even though my order was not put in the system when I placed the order over the phone, TORI took ownership and was able to... resolve my issue promptly. Kudos to her excellent customer service. That's why I always choose Peter piper pizza. Hire morepeople like her. Read more
It was great. Got served fast and tasty pizzas. We were celebrating my God child birthday. She had a blast.

Restrooms are located straight ahead from main entrance. They need more upkeep. The food was good.
