This Wingstop one is always super late with their delivery. I was okay with it and just adjusted my time accordingly but today... was the worst, I ordered but the dasher person did not leave the food at my door but actually took off with it. In addition thisstore told me that they could not redeliver my food. I was offered a refund. But, that is not what I wanted. I wanted the foodto be redelivered and for the stolen food to be remade. I had been very graceful with this store for being consistently late butat least the food will still get here and successfully delivered in the past, but today this just got worse with no delivery atall. I am never ordering from this place again. I encourage other people to find another location. You will be highlydisappointed with this location. Read more
So? the Asian small girl who works at the register has the nastiest attitude plus her hair was all loose and messy. It?s... concerning that her hair was down because what if she got hair on the food. I was put on hold for 20. I went to the restaurant and it was 4 people in there. 1 guy cooking and two young ladies talking to... either. I showed her my phone and how long I've been waiting she didn't apologized or any thing. I asked for the manager numberand she informed me that she was the manager and I ask for someone over her and she rolled her eyes at me. I've never seenanything like this in my life. I went to get some boneless wings and what I got was chicken tenders cut in half and some really small pieces. I don?t know if... you can call them ?boneless wings?. I ordered 15 boneless wings; 7 Original Hot and 8 Smokin? BBQ and only got half of my order. Some of the wings; if you can even... call it that, were so small it didn?t even make sense to place it in my order. I called about the issue I had and they couldn?teven give me credit for next time. They did offer to give me 5 wings, but I?m already home, I don?t want to drive back out therefor 5 wings. The register girl was nice, but does the cook know how to read? Is this the cooks first day? I honestly thoughtthis was a joke. For anything you order, make sure you check that you received everything before driving off. Lesson learned! Read more
This is the worst wingstop I have been at. This is the 4 the time I come and they never have bread rolls. Today they could not... do only flats not they had come. I asked to refill the coke and the girl just answer and said " we have what we have" not evenmaking an effort. I feel that we pay good money to be treated with decency and for them to try and make an effort to accommodatethe customer's needs. Read more
let?s start off by saying they had the worst customer service ever!!! I called a total of 5 times explains how I never got a... refund for an order i accidentally placed and when I told them it was considered stealing they never gave me a refund or foodetc. They told me I had to show proof even after I talked with someone on the phone and read the order number.
