I went to this Subaway tonight and tried calling at 9:15 to see when they would lock there doors even though they close at 10 pm... and no one answered and after a minute it went to voicemail. As I turned to corner to park I saw a man lock the doors and it wasonly 9:24! I called as I walked to the door and the guy ignored the phone and ignored me standing there. It was very frustratingI want to have a subway sandwhich for my early morning flight. Also if they close at 10 why are they locking the doors before9:40. How hard would have been to make one sandwich. I've worked in fast food and we never locked the doors until we closed. NowI work in a restaurant and if someone comes in at 9:30 or 9:55 we serve them and I have to stay till 10:30-11. I would've donewithin 5 minutes. Read more
Worst subway on the island. They really are not clean. They cut sandwiches with wet dirty knife and the water goes into the... sandwich. The lady into night was rude and i called ahead to check if they had everything because a few times I've came in andthey where out if almost everything but she did not pick up so i drove over calling to find she was on her cell phone with noone in but orders coming in and not picking up the phone. When I was there I heard it ring from others calling and she did notpick up also. If I get sick from the sandwich, i'm holding her accountable, especially because i'm pregnant and its disgustingwhat she did. Also reporting already to an alameda health inspector. Read more
A good spot. Always clean. Covid safe signs everywhere. Have rarely had them mess up an order. i have always liked the staff... here too. Fresh everything. Never brown avocados. Has a parking lot. I recommend order ahead through the app to get your pointsand walk over for your goodies. Very satisfied with this location. Read more
