Board person who worked 9/11/22 around 3:00pm-3:30pm SUCKS AT BOARD. Quality 0 stars if I could and I was a former board person... at In N Out so I know what the quality should look like. I took my burger out of the bag and I immediately thought they gave myorder wrong because I couldn?t see the lettuce or tomato, but no the board person was lazy and doesn?t care about upholding thequality standards and did not give the proper amount of lettuce and tomatoes. My order was a double single, grilled onions withmustard instead. Please make sure whoever this board person is gets talked to about their severe lack of board skills. Read more
Double double burger, fries and milkshake! ???? The service is fantastic and extremely efficient. This place is off the charts... in popularity. I see what Anthony Bourdain was always raving about! They model this after Chik Fil A as far as customer service goes. Or vice... versa.... Dig the homage to 50's burger joints..... Everything is fresh and delicious. The burger to me is comporable to 5 guysburgers which is what i am used to.... The animal style fries are fantastic! Does not get 5 stars because i have had some DAMNgood burgers but lived up well to the hype. Read more
As a tourist that I am, my native tongue is not English, however I manage it... when we arrived at the drive thru we were... greeted by Vicente, who is a boy who does not speak Spanish, however, I was attended in Spanish by Vicente... then he arrivedAntonio... both with excellent service attitude and as always, the In & Out hamburgers in Alameda CA... congratulations for yourgreat seasoning and excellent service, please never change! Always one of the cleanest and fastest In and Out's in the Bay Area. The food is always fresh and regardless of how packed it... is, they keep the lines moving. Great management as well. I highly recommend coming here for your In and Out burger, especiallyif it's your first one. Read more
I've been a five guys kind of guy until now. Not living in California this has been my my first chance at in and out. I can... testify that among the trio that also includes shake shack, this burger is better. So why the 4 star: the fries. The fries wereok but nothing like five guys'. At this location the drive through was 25 cars long but fine in was fairly quick. The experiencewas excellent. Can we have in and out's burger and five guys' fries in one order please. Read more
This In and Out is always busy due to the staff being both professional and friendly as well as especially quick despite the... enormous number of people and the large orders people place. They are very good at getting your order to you hot and fresh aswell as specific according to your order. The only drawback is the design of the drive through and the overall layout of theparking lot. Due to its high traffic of use there are blindspots and blind turns as well as low mobility areas so driving andparking can be troublesome. Still the effort put in by the staff makes up for it so it evens out. Read more
