This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. I had the lunch special Mango Chicken and the Samusa soup. (Hoping I got... the name right) one of the best soups I?ve had in a long time. The spices and flavor, amazing! I will definitely be back. Read more

This place is yummers!!!! It was my first time and I loved everything about my experience. My friend and I came here for lunch.... We were greeted warmly by our server and provided several recommendations on the menu. All of the food came out quickly and wasfull of flavor. If I could go back tomorrow, I definitely would. Although I can't come back tomorrow, I will definitely be backsoon. Read more

Excellent food and services We were here for Father?s Day lunch. The place was relatively packed, but our waiter was very... attentive and friendly. The food came our pretty quick too. We love the mango shrimps, the tea leaves salad and the lamb. Thecoconut rice was also very good. Highly recommend this place. Read more

A Gem ! My fav restaurant in alameda. Anything you get off the menu will taste BOMB! Really excellent mixed drinks that pair... well with the food! The eggplant is so delicious. They have so many vegetarian options that are just as good as their meatdishes. Service is fast despite it being a regularly busy spot, and prices are fair for the portions. Read more

Food was excellent and server was great. I could eat the tea leaf salad all the time. Definitely recommend enjoying a meal here.

My order: Samosas, Mango salad, Shan noodles with Hodo Tofu and Spicy noodles with chicken. Each dish was delicious and... impeccably prepared, and the salad is the best I?ve tasted so far. Must MUST try restaurant in the Bay Area! Read more

Tried two of their lunch specials which are offered seven days a week: Chili Lamb and Mango Chicken. The bad thing in my visit... was that their signature item on the menu was not available: Tea leaf salad. Chili lamb was well balanced and not too spicyspecialy when I tried it over coconut rice. Mango chicken was also very tasty and well balanced between fruit taste and spices. Read more

The pork curry and chilli lamb were pretty good, but I?ve had way better coconut rice elsewhere. If you like Thai food, and... looking for something that feels familiar & simple Burma is a good spot. Read more
