Giving it a 5-star only because I can?t give 6. Best Turkish food I?ve had outside of Turkey. The chef / owner Serkan Yilmaz?s... attention to detail is impeccable. We had the butcher kofte, ?imam fainted?, lamb kebab and a couple of appetizers and they wereall perfect. It was almost closing time so had to skip desserts but will be back for those. Wonderful Mediterranean restaurant serving the Alameda west side. It?s a very friendly local place with wonderful decor. The... outside patio is accommodating and you will not want to leave. The menu is well priced with lots of choices. Try the beet saladfor an appetizer and the lamb kebab as an entree. You will not be disappointed. Definitely will visit again to try the rest ofthe menu. Flavorful Mediterranean food. Good variety for vegetarians in appetizers. There were only a few vegetarian entrees. We ordered... Fainted Imam, an eggplant dish. Wow! This was our first time ordering from here and it was amazing! Even though the restaurant is 18 minutes away, the food... arrived at a reasonable temperature. Everything was expertly prepared, and delicious. The lamb kabob was super tender andflavorful and a perfect medium rare. The lamb burger was well-seasoned and juicy.
