Had me park from the drive thru and wait 10 minutes to bring the meal. Missing kids meal. Go inside to tell them and the girl... working the drive thru suggested I was lying. Had me go back to car to collect up the food and bring back to her. No kids mealthere but would not give me order I paid for. Asked to speak to a manager who finally got me my food about 20 minutes after Ipulled up to the window. Requested online for a call from management to discuss the issues but no call a week later. After seeing the signs for Zaxby's for years, we finally went in and tried one. We weren't disappointed. The decor was neat,... making us think of the south. The menu was simple enough to understand and make a selection from. The classic was crunchy, juicyand thick. The sauces were tasty and the fries fresh. The cleanliness of the establishment was also satisfying. We will tryother locations in the future. Read more

Worst Zazby's experience ever. They didn't tell us they were out of ketchup until after we get our order, we then request zax's... sauce so we have something to eat with our fries and they want to charge us extra, even though we already paid and they are theones out of ketchup. Really great taste of chicken! Much better than 'fast food' yet quick service. Sweet tea available and I can mix mine with... unsweetened. Our second time today try Zaxby's and it was a great stop! Clean with tasty food and fairly clean bathrooms. (Had to use the air drier as paper towels machine was broken. ) We will stop again. Chicken was good enough that I ate itright away with no photo -LOL. Very popular and people order a variety of food. Locals and travelers stop here. Read more
