Food is the same as it's been for 30 years. Very good but not spectacular. It is fast food after all. The problem is the drive... through. It is so slow that I waited in line for three cars to go through the window, parked my car got out and went inside andwas still back in my car before I would have gotten to the window. This place is already starting to sound like McDonald's, only one time has the person taking my order been nice and that was... the first week after they opened. Their customer service is so bad, like ridiculously bad!!! The manager "Chelsea" shouldreally take extra training on CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. No wonder why some of the employees are rude too, they are led byexample. I have said it so many times, customer service it's not for everyone. Read more
The food is good, customer service is great, the wait times are exceptional. Parking lot doesn't have a lot of space for dine... in. The restaurants comfortable. There's a nice outside dining area. Read more
The food is good but the service is just plain unacceptable. Slowest service that I've experienced. I understand that it is busy... but when it takes 30 minutes to get through three people there is something wrong with the staff. Please retrain your employees. Read more
I was so excited to see this restaurant open! First week with the team they had in place was outstanding. Now!! this place is... awful. Please don?t waste your time here. They say they open at 6:30 am for breakfast. No, they open whenever they feel likeopening. After the first week, food was awful and they can?t get an order right for anything. They kept handing over drinks andfood we did not order. Look, I?ll give anyone a second or third chance, but this place is a disaster and we will no longersupport. I?m not proud about this review because I used to love Wendy?s. I will not waste one more penny here. Read more
The line is always long. Every time I have attempted to come here. I don?t understand why it takes so long. 15 minutes and the... line did not move what so ever. Not one person got their food. At least 15 cars in line. I just don?t understand. If there was away to cancel my mobile order I would. It?s one thing to be short staffed, but this is ridiculous Read more
The restaurant has only been open 10 days, and for getting over/through the craziness of a Fast Food Restaurant opening, I... thought the staff did a great job. They were friendly and quick. Long drive through line, but moved through it pretty quickly.The food was hot and fresh. Read more
I normally never complain because i?ve worked in fast food. I know how difficult rushes can be. But this is the fourth time i?ve... had issues with this Wendy?s and now it?s starting to become a health concern. I ordered a family pack with two burgers fourfries and some chicken nuggets. I ordered ahead, and online so when i got there it would either be ready or close to is. I gotthere the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot and i went inside and the line was nearly out of the door. As i waswaiting to get my food i watched the person on the fryer putting fries and nuggets in cartons with no gloves and touching allover them. Nobody was checking on the counter to even try and get the line down. When i finally got my food, it was entirelywrong. Nuggets were hard and cold. Burgers were drenched in sauce when i asked for none. Tomatoes were all over it when we askedfor none. Burgers were cold after all that, so i don?t trust eating them at that point. The fries were the only good thinghonestly. I don?t mean to be a Karen but i managed a fast food restraunt that was very busy all the time and we never had theseissues.
