Made a simple order inside which was just a grilled cheese burrito and a Doritos locos taco.. after seeing SEVERAL PEOPLE... getting their food that ordered AFTER me I asked where my food was and no one knew.. they claimed it was already made yet ISTOOD THERE WATCHING them prepare orders and never saw mine.. it took an older man walking up demanding to know where my orderwas because I was waiting for my order when he came in. At this point this man had already gotten his food and ate his meal andI STILL hadn?t received my food! It took him sternly telling them to make my order before I FINALLY got it! AbsolutelyRIDICULOUS! I?ve never in my life dealt with such ignorance and not to mention the guy preparing the food did so with the samegloves on that he just handled cash with and said several times how much he hates his life.. I ordered from this location 2 times now and I feel like I can leave a review. I will never order from this location again. It?s... just not good. I thought it would get better the second try, but no way! I ordered nachos bell grande and the chips tastedburnt and the meat had a weird taste as well. I have been so sick to my stomach all night. Omg!!! Always out of something!!! Sat in Line forever finally got to window to inform me that they were out of mild and hot... sauce. I asked could I get some spicy ranch for the inconvenience. The guy was very nice but told me I had to drive around andwait back in line to order some. Absurd exactly what I thought. I canceled my $35 order over .50 ranch. Won't be back!! Read more

Alabaster,Al I went through drive through due to inside being closed. Ordered two Nacho Bell Grandes extra meat, cheese, and... sour cream per usual. $14.80 and don?t mind paying. However,there was less ingredients than a regular one! I called Alabasterlocation to inform them of this and the male that answered the phone hung up on me when he discovered it was a complaint.
