When I went in the guy mild at the register was completely out of uniform no gloves while handling food usually doesn't bother... me but when you see other employees wearing gloves and you see the one person that doesn't it kind of makes you question if itwasn't for that you would be getting the five star review not to mention the fact that they put our chips in the burritos in thesame bag and didn't even try to separate them every time I went in they've always separated the chips not to mention the factthe whole entire time that I was inside the store according to the receipt at 9:10 22 at 7:37 p.m. spent about 20 minutes inthere to watch no one clean the chips out of the Ice Bucket remind me to never order a soft drink from this place Read more

I arrived to this Moe's at around 6:20pm on Friday. There was a short line of 6-8 people so I stayed. 10 minutes later I was... still in line with 5 others still in front of me while the employees tended to 6-8 online orders. No one had a sense ofurgency. Yes, all orders are important, but you should have attend to those directly in front of you. Needless to say, I left.
