4 vegetarian options, GOOD FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered 30 minutes prior to pick up over the phone. We confirmed the order... and I let her know twice that I will be there in 20-30 minutes. I ordered 4 spring rolls and 2 vegetarian bean curd. I ended upwaiting 20 minutes after I arrived because they didn't start making the food until after I got there. This place has gone down hill and my family will never be back. Yesterday, my disabled mother went to pick up a to go order,... and she was treated with such disrespect. I understand that everyone is having a hard time and is short staffed, but there isabsolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. The CHILD behind the counter responded, "too bad" to my mother when she askedfor something. My mother also tried to speak to another employee for help, the CHILD told her, "He's a Mexican, he can'tunderstand anything you are saying, and I'm tired of translating for him". This was so disrespectful to my mother as acustomer, and the employee working his shift. I was absolutely appalled and my mother was almost in tears when she told me. Paid almost 30 bucks for a bunch of rice and dry breading. Even got the house rice to get the good stuff. No shrimp, very few... peas, just terrible. Been eating there 30 years and always eat until you are full and look forward to leftovers the next night.Just tried to warm it and just dry as cardboard and the beef tough and stringy. Read more
