We had come in out of the cold, it was just minutes before close and they served us with hospitality, smiles and excellent food.... The owner was bringing in Christmas decor for the holiday and we enjoyed watching them begin to put it together while we ate andhad coffee. They did not rush us away, they made us feel welcomed. Absolutely disgusting! No meal out of 4 ordered was good. They were all cold when received. The table cloths were filthy and had... food on them when arrived. The only thing good I have to say is the serving staff were extremely nice and good at what they do.We had a room rented for a birthday party so it was a decent size group and the waitresses really held it down. Waterloo catered my wedding at Hale Farm yesterday, and I can't say enough great things about them. Everything was phenomenal. I... had many guests tell me it was the best wedding food they've ever had (and I totally agree!). Chef John and his team areprofessional, polished, attentive, and hard working. It was incredibly beautiful here. They had already decorated for the holidays. Our server was incredible and she was really... kind. She was incredibly sweet, too. And she did a wonderful job at assuring that myself and the other people at the classreunion were well taken care of. I hope the server who took care of us during my class reunion on November 12th gets treatedreally well by management and by all the patrons who have the pleasure of having her serve her.
