Very busy so the wait can be long. The parking lot can become a mess and I don't recommend parking and going in because you can... get stuck in your spot due to the drive thru line being too long. We sometimes don't get the custom items we order which is ashame because it costs so much. We ordered extra foam on a cold brew and they gave us less than the normal amount. When Iinformed them it wasn't extra like we paid for they claimed that the foam melted into my drink. If you've ever ordered a coldbrew the foam takes a long time to dissolve and the coffee was still black. Read more

This location has SLOW service. I'm sure they are under staffed like many places, but I've waited in the drive thru for over 20... minutes several times over the last year. On the bright side my order was perfect and the employee running the drive thru wasvery friendly. Read more
