This place has the best pizza ever. It is on the Northside close to the circle k, Bowling Alley and Swenson?s. This place is... only open to their loyal customers Thursday through Sunday. This is one of the hardest reviews I have to write. Racissi have been my go to pizza shops, that I recently reviewed with 5... stars. You can read my reviews of how I would put them up against any chicken and pizza. For over 25 years my family and I havefaithfully gone there. So Friday Oct. 21, 2022. I ordered what I?ve ordered for 25 years. It was much smaller and taste likestore bought pizza. As I?m leaving the restaurant, I grabbed a piece, and honestly thought they gave me the wrong sized pizza. Iactually called them immediately and asked, did I get the wrong size order? So that much smaller. Every person I ever talked tothere have been extremely nice. This conversation was not! So I?m thinking maybe a bad night. I call the next morning to talk tothe manager, and asked, did ownerships change? It has, and again sternly mentioned everything was the very same. So apparently Iknew management had changed for no reason, and the pizza I have ordered almost weekly was the same. I have to find another pizzaspot. When you click on the menu on this page it says 14.50 for large 4 items. Looks like they rebranded and the prices have changed

Their prices is way different when you see the menu online versus when you go in. They charged me $15 for a 8 piece online it... says $10. I explained that to the lady when I called and ordered she didn?t have any empathy and she also was rude anddisconnected the line. After I came in and purchased my order I asked to speak with the supervisor. He said the menu online isold and they will ? update it ? but never gave a discount and DIDNT even apologize. They were very straight forward and I don?tfind that professional with a business advertising a different price then when you call. Rasicci's is unlike any other! I used to get Italian fried chicken and JoJo's from their competitor that also has locations in... Cleveland. I've never gone back to them because Rasicci's is perfection. Well seasoned, juicy and crispy chicken (I get allwhite and my partner gets mixed). The JoJo's are seasoned well and are tender with a nice crisp. The Cole slaw is not too tangy(put it on your JoJo's. Trust me). It's even delicious cold the next day. We each get a white and mixed dinner deluxe with apint of coleslaw (it is SO good!) added. We have leftovers (reheat it in the air fryer!). Their prices are more than reasonableand the staff are nice. Early order in the day to avoid a long wait. I can't wait to go back. Read more
