I've been to a lot of Rally's and this is by far the worst managed Rally's I've ever seen.after not being able to find debit... card I told them I'd have to pull of and find my card...after finding it between the seat I get back in the line ,that at thispoint was about 5 cars and went back thru.we had ordered two wicked strawberry cones the I assumed they had tossed and wouldgive us new ones....not this ignorant manager!she saved one that was melted all over, and then no lie.. I think she must havebeen licking the other cone trying to keep it together! She definitely looked guilty of it anyways....so she then says, that bygiving us new cones it would be a waste of product.If it wasn't for her looking like she would burst if she ate one morething,I'd have taken that melted cone and thrown it at her! Is this really what Rally's has come to hiring these kind ofmanagers?? Worried about wasting an ice cream cone because it's wasting product???how about that cone just cost you twocustomers that stop in at least three times a week??!! Read more

I honestly don't know how they're in business. Literally every time I've stopped by in the past year either I'm told they're... doing a shift change and there's at least a 20 minute wait before you can even place an order (if you try to sit there and waitthey yell at you so their timer doesn't go up), or they refuse to take any orders at all and say they're only taking onlineorders (but the online menu is super limited), and once when I stopped by when it was late (around 1am) they said they wereclosed, even though it should've been open for a couple more hours (sounded like the staff just didn't want to bother). It'scrazy, I've stopped by maybe 10 times in the past year (we live very close, so it's convenient) and have not once been able toplace an order. I give up. This place used to be pretty good. I officially have gave up on any Rallies. I don't no if it's protocol to short orders but I can't remember the last time any... Rallies has gotten it correct. Two double big Buford's I get single Big Buford's. I was clear in presenting my order and doublesaid it too make sure it was related between the person ordering and myself. 2 patties not one and please don't charge me fortwo when you give me two singles. It's just not rocket science guys. But that's ok I'm writing this for people who have futureplans on going to Rallies double check your orders open the bag and unwrap and look. I'm done with Rallies forever not worththrowing money away anymore. To the owner I will not contact you via email. As I read all of these complaints it's crystal clearnothing is being done. I don't want gift cards or anything, as I said I'm done with Rallies. For your business train your staffand make sure there getting orders correct or else nobody will go anymore. Best of luck. Worst manager on the planet! Incompetent. Derogatory. Condescending. Unprofessional. Undesirable. Demeaning. Incoherent.... Untruthful. The despicable redundant excuse of a manager made me go ALL the way home because she just HAD to have the receipt inorder to help us! Even after stating we ordered online and had the receipt in the email. She states that?s not sufficient andthe physical receipt is mandatory! So we head home to acquire the receipt and upon returning she still has the same outlandishattitude and claims she prepared the order personally! I then ask her how many bags were in the order she looks very confusedas she stumbles over her words and tells us to leave before she calls the police. We instruct her to do so and she begins totaunt us stating that?s why we didn?t get our food.then shuts the window and hides in the back of the store somewhere! Worstexperience of my life Read more

It is sad I must go from 5 stars to 1 star. I can not order here. One day they only accept cards. Then the next day they only... take cash. Then they are only doing online orders. This is daily. Don't go to this place. Food great if they can sell it Read more

The food is good but one girl is being rude because she told my mom to go around and my mom got upset so my mom went around the... Rally's and we got to the drive-thru. Next when my mom order 3 of chicken bites and fries box one girl is working at Rally's askmy mom what kind of sauces do you want and my mom said "I want one BBQ sauce and two honey mustard", she give my mom two BBQ andone honey mustard and my mom and I decided not to go back at Rally's because she being rude to my mom and I. Good food. A little on the greasy side. Went there a few times and they would accept card only. One time I went there and... they said there card reader was down and they had no change so it was exact cash payment only. Several tome they would say wehave no lettuce today or no tomatoes. So a bit lagging on the management side. Prices are also decent. Read more
