Experience tonight was not the best. For starters I was charged for multiple things that I didn't even get, some of which being... sauces which were 0.69 EACH so if I'm charged for something id expect to get it. And wait time was horrid just to get cold food!First they forgot to even start my order, so after sitting at the window for 8min I was informed just now they are starting myorder just for it to some how still be cold.. Got the 2 for $7 meal, two sandwiches a small fry and a small drink. The fries were warm , but my burgers were cold like they... just took them out of the refrigerator. I don't normally eat Rally's but I def won't be going back to this one here that's forsure. I feel I should get my $7 back due to faulty practices. Not happy with my experience! The worker told me if I had a large order I would have to order online since she was the only one working. I didn't think 4... items were a large order. She told me that she couldn't take the order and I told her that I wouldn't come back to thislocation. She started screaming at me and as I was pulling away I could still here her screaming through the speaker. I emailedthe company and haven't had a response from them. They never take orders anymore. The last 7 times in the last 3 months they've turned us away. Don't even bother trying, they... won't serve you Update: Tried again on Friday and the grill was broken apparently. Tried again today and they said onlineorders only due to short staff. That makes no sense, you have people to take orders or you don't. Just closer the damn locationalready. I'm sick of trying to go here and never getting service. Milkshake machine is always ?down? it seems. Driving for door dash & the wait at this store seriously cuts into my money making,... which I don?t appreciate. Not To mention having to tell my customers every time that something is missing from their order ifthey order a milkshake or a slushy (no ice?? Really?) or whatever else might be down item of the day. The staff is relativelyfriendly but slower than molasses EVERY SINGLE TIME. It really gets old. Read more
The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is the fact the food wasn't as good as it could have been. The service was good and the... cashier helped save me money, very pleased in that category. So, My son and I went through the drive thru around 11:30pm so notvery late. My son's food was good but both of spicy chickens I bought were overcooked and very dry. So basically not edible. Weare 25 mins outta town so there was no fixing my after work before bed meal. It was disappointing most of all. Read more
My granddaughter and I craved some Rally fries. It's been a while since I introduced her to their fries. They did not disappoint... us. They have upgraded their large to a bigger size. They were hot and delicious. And the service was very friendly and fast. Iwill return to order food again. Read more
