I had a taste for fried chicken, get there waited 20 minutes just to get yelled because their speakers is raggedy. I get to the... window and the lady is just as rude, repeated the order . I get home and the order was wrong. I didn?t even bother to go back,my dog enjoyed the chicken. Customer service is rude and so is the food. I will drive cross town, to the other Popeyes wherethe food is fresh and customer service is great! Read more
What is this? How does one screw up the main staple? Literally. The Mac and cheese, biscuit and drink were perfect. The chicken... felt like dry jerky. Also note the picture because these strips are smaller than my fingers. This is what I spent $12 on? Allbecause they used their prepared nuggets and were out. Chicken strips that were cardboard thin. I wouldn?t even give this location a 1 star I?m honestly surprised this place is still open for business with how lackluster... your customer service is. You don?t answer the phone, your system is ?always down? most days you ?only take cash? or are out ofthings like just shut this entire location down at this point. This has to be the worst Popeyes location in the USA. Be preparedto sit in the drive through for a good 30 minutes to an hour and then when you get to the window they?ll tell you the system isdown or they are only taking cash. Yet you won?t answer the phone so people are forced to waste gas and come down just to see ifeverything if working properly on whatever day. Read more
My sister, dad and I went there and we had coupons. They counter lady yelled to not had her the coupons, and read them off to... her. Then she wanted us to give her the coupons. Cross contamination between the food and money etc... She yelled out theorders, gave no receipt of my transaction. Yelled back to confirm what type of chicken we wanted. Despite all of that, she getsmy sister's order wrong. We decide to just go through the drive through and my dad paid even more money to just buy my sisterthe correct food. Horrible! I was in line for an hour waiting to order some nugget. Got up to the window, no nuggets. Ok, ordered 3 pieces of... chicken with coleslaw. No coleslaw. The chicken was so small and dried up. They gave me red bean a s and rice in place ofcoleslaw. It was actually refried beans and rice. The biscuit was VERY hard. Only thing good was the drink. Ugghh.. where to even start.. we drove 30 mins cuz I wanted the nuggets and hubby wanted a chicken sandwich..and a chicken... bucket..when we ordered..we was told they was out of all sides...we wanted mac and cheese and the rice and beans...then theytold me they had fries and mashed potatoes..so..we settled for those sides..the whole time these guys are in there laughing andbeing loud over the mic..so..we get to the window and the guy comes to the window w the tongs..bent over in the window..tongsoutside..waving them around..talking about if we wanted nuggets or the sandwich it was going to be a 40 minute wait.. I waslike, come on now.. 40 mins? He said yeah..cuz there's 3 of us here..so what was the other 2 people doing? Sounded like they washaving a good time doing nothing..smh..so..we don't have 40 mins to wait on the nuggets and sandwich..plus the 30 min triphome...so. he says he has the 12 piece we ordered though.. so..we took the 12 piece... We get home...there is 6 legs...4 thighsand 2 breast.. we ate .the fries right away and they were hard and mostly cold..they had been sitting for a while..the mashedpotatoes wasn't even half full..and they only gave us 4 biscuits instead of 6...they was super hard too... Ordered online drove from Canton which is about 30mins away they couldn't even find my order so I had to wait additional minutes... but the gentleman serving us got us together. I just think they need to do better with the online orders. Read more
Food tasted great - got the blackened chicken and already craving it. Also got the Mac n cheese - so delicious! Service was... average speed and what you would expect, a bit slow, but they were busy. They were out of the dessert I wanted, but it waslate at night and I'm assuming they are made on-site and had sold out. Overall a much better experience than the one in thefalls. I wish there was a Popeyes in North Canton, Canton or even Dover. I marked one star off because the neighborhood was abit sketchy... but then most Popeyes I have been to are in sketchy areas....
