First time I have ever ordered from Pizza Hut. Was missing half the order when it was delivered. Trying to call this location is... a nightmare. I was on hold the first time for 15 minutes - then hung up on the next time I called. I was never able to speak toanyone. I will never order from a Pizza Hut again. Read more
Hand tossed pizza is flatter than a piece of cardboard and it?s saggy! Literally NO pizza dough at all. I wish Pizza Hut was... like it was many years ago. I am done with Pizza Hut. Read more
Worst service when I called to place an order. I wanted a specialty Pizza, was told I couldn't get that. I said ok then I'd like... a pepperoni pizza, I was told I couldn't order just 1 pizza, I had to get two... Huh ??? I CAN get 2 pizzas, but CANNOT get 1. Read more
Part of my delivery order was missing, tried calling them to get the order fixed but was constantly hung up on after a few... rings. This was before 9 p.m. so I'm guessing they were trying close early and stopped answering phone calls. Also my order wasleft directly on the floor even though the instructions says it would not be. I placed an order for a large pizza and breadsticks. The order got delivered by somebody from DoorDash, who knocked on my door a... couple of times and set my pizza on the porch. I was able to stop her before pulling off and told her my breadsticks weremissing. She checked in her car and said she had 2 other orders from there and that there were no breadsticks. I called PizzaHut and got my replacement. I got a call about a half hour after receiving my breadsticks from the ?manager?, saying that hepacked up the breadsticks and that I was lying about not receiving them. He said ?you won?t be ordering from us anymore we?rejust going to end that relationship?. The guy was extremely rude and accusatory, stating that the driver took a picture of theorder left on my front porch which is a lie, because I asked her where they were and she said she had no breadsticks. The food came exactly how we ordered it. The pizza was fairly hot and fresh tasting. The chicken wings and toppings had good... consistency and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I really didn't have any issues and I would consider ordering from here inthe future so long as quality, freshness and good temperature are maintained.
