My family had a horrible experience here yesterday. We came to grab some food and watch the Buckeye game. When the waitress... brought our food, she brought the wrong size pizza. We let her know that the order was wrong, and she said that when my 12 yrold son was ordering it (for him and his dad to share), all she heard was ?pepperoni.? I had a hard time understanding why shedidn?t ask him to repeat the order if she didn?t hear it the first time. Instead she just guessed and ordered a small. Then sheproceeded to tell me that I should have ordered instead of my son. We teach our children how to properly communicate withadults. They order at every restaurant we go to, and we?ve never had a problem. This waitress was completely rude and in no wayowned her mistake. She charged us for the difference. When I asked the bartender if I could speak to the manager, she told methat they didn?t have one. My kids felt completely uncomfortable here and didn?t finish their food because they just wanted toleave. Read more
Absolutely the worst burger I think I've ever had. My co-workers and I ordered lunch from this place. Food was cold upon... arrival. The burger patty was tough and had a freezer burn taste. The donut which was supposed to be on the side, was place onthe burger that became extremely soggy and not edible. My coworker didn't get her fries or condiments. I do not and will neverrecommend this place to even my worst nightmare. The reviews online are great but this experience was sad and disgusting. Read more
I hardly ever leave a review unless it?s really good or really bad. Do not order a gyro here. Worst gyro I ever had. I asked for... no tomato and add jalapeño with extra sauce. The meat is dry, it?s sloppily put together, hardly any sauce let alone extra. Thepita and lettuce are soggy and clearly there are tomatoes and no jalapeños. Maybe other sandwiches are good but not this one. Read more
Great pizza, good vibes and friendly patrons. I'll add more, once I've had more food. [Time warp] I've had more food! I still... love the pizza! 5 of 5, if you like generous servings of pizza sauce with plenty of garlic. The rest of the menu hangs closer toa 4 start, good but not quite jaw dropping considered against its peers. Came back today haven?t been here in a while and I have to say the place has gone way down hill from what it was. Dark, Dirty,... Sticky, Reeking of Marijuana, and non professional workers who dress even less professional. The workers rather talk betweeneach other then do their actual jobs. Most deep fry stuff here will taste like their funnel cake fries because they have no cluehow to keep them from separate fryers. Your food will be cold since they won?t call your name if you been waiting a long time goremind them so they can grab your food that has been sitting their for 10 mins. This place I use to recommend to people now Ifeel embarrassed for mentioning to anyone. The owner either quit caring or sold it to someone else. Read more
First time here and was very impressed. Loved the decor and the menu is great. Sandwiches are named after iconic movies.. they... have an extensive selection. Abigail at the front desk (where you order) was very nice and personable. Bartender was supernice as well. They have a nice beer selection. If you are in a hurry, you may want to go elsewhere. They take their timeperfecting your order. We weren't in a hurry and knew it would be a minute. Sat on the patio and enjoyed each other's company, as one should. Life is too short to whine about where your food is. My daughter has been telling me about Zub's and it was anice ending to our day at the Zoo. Will definitely revisit when I'm in the area. Read more
A woman I recently met suggested I visit here for a good sandwich. ???????? ???????????????? provided a completely great dining... experience. The menu was filled with great looking items but I decided on the Rick Deckard, a Buffalo chicken ???? sandwich onhoagie bread and also seasoned fries ????. My meal was awesome. This is a nice sandwich/ pizza/ bar in West Akron. The food came out very quickly and the staff made some good suggestions. I... had one of the specials, which was a Thai cheese steak, sounds weird, but it was really good. I'll go back if I'm in the areaagain for sure! Read more
