They wasn't taking orders at the counter when we atrived, cause they was filling all of the online orders and had customers... waiting inline until they got all of the other orders out.. waited on food for over 20mins. My daughter wanted Mr hero or Iwould have left if it was me...how do u make customers wait on food to fill online orders...won't be going back. Read more
I've been coming to this location for years... I usually get the Italian sub or I get a few amazing ultimate cheeseburger... snackers. Every experience has been great and the food is delicious. Also, the pizza bites are great! Great customer service...the employees are friendly. I highly recommend this location. Read more
Always consistent in serving a great steak sandwich. This location NEVER gets left over grilled unions mixed in with my cheese... steak! So many mr. Hero's cooks at other locations don't scrape off the grill between orders and you get the last orders remainsmixed into your sandwich! Staff is always friendly and efficient. Read more
What a fabulous experience! We had won "Office of the Week" on 105.7, and had 8 different orders to call in. Mr. Hero really... came through for us! All the orders were correct, the food was hot and delicious - ready on time when we came to pick up, andthe manager that we talked to on the phone was absolutely delightful! I went to get dinner at around 7:40 and the door was locked. I called to see if they were still open because the hours said they... were open until 9. The employee explained that they ?had to take a break? because there was a big rush of customers and thestore would be closed until 8. I completely understand the stress of working food service and the difficulty of managing astore. They need to hire more employees so that the staff isn?t too burnt out to serve food!! I don?t get Mr. Hero often andwhen I do it?s a nice treat. I?m disappointed I couldn?t get dinner of my own after dealing with customers at my own job. Read more
