My car broke down here in their parking lot and it was super cold, I had to wait an hour before I could get towed. The inside... wasn't open yet but the manager, Loretta still got me hot food and a water even though the inside wasn't open yet. Made me feelsafe and it's good to know that there are good people out there. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Read more
I'm sure they were just having a rough time but at least offer an explanation when the initial order prompt is given then... rescinded followed by a 7-minute wait/silence. Then, once I gave my mobile order code I was given the wrong drink and found avery disheveled Big Mac in the burger box. I'll be back, but I know they can do better. Read more
Havent been to this location for a while. Glad to see they have finally got comfortable running the drive thru and the wait time... is down from 17-18min to a smooth 7-8mim. I didnt think they were gonna catch on for a min there Read more
Worst service, took almost almost 20 minutes to get through drive through, only 4 cars in front of me. Then when I got my... burger, it tasted like nothing but salt. So I was late getting back to work for lunch because how slow they were and I was stillhungry because I couldn't eat a salt burger. Will not be going back. Read more

These people made my day I broke my debit card in their machine had no cash so I tucked tail to go to bank suddenly the girl... that took my order shows up at my truck window with my food and says have a nice day! This McDonalds is the worst managed and worst operated in Ohio. Seriously, go anywhere else but here. The sign says two lanes... open to order. Obviously the person doesn?t switch lane orders. I saw five potential customers leave. In fact ordering andwaiting took 20 min for six cars. Then I thought I?d try the double QLP as a look arge meal. They don?t have Diet Coke, shesaid. I asked for unsweetened tea. I saw southern sweet tea on the order and had to ask again for non sugared tea. She saidthey didn?t have that. She asked if I wanted I unsweetened southern ice tea. I asked what was the difference, I wantunsweetened tea. So the order was a double QLP, large unsweetened tea and large fries. In the order I got a disgusting overcooked burger with 2 small stale bacon, a tiny bit of stale brown lettuce with a tomatoes slice without salt or pepper. It camewith a small fry order and one large unsweetened tea and a medium southern over sugared tea. I saw the manager in officeapparently overwhelmed and moving very slowly. None of the staff had any motivation toward work or serving food they would eat. I was overcharged due to the messed up order and the food was disgusting even far below McDonalds usual 1.5 star rating. Themanager hasn?t trained these workers, she has no standards for attitude, training or performance of her staff. This placeshould be graded negative 5.
