Customer service was good. I ordered 2 classic cheese and I had to wait as I was already aware because they don't keep those... made. Got home and the pizzas barely had cheese. Fast and efficient on line order and store pickup. Food was warm, cheesy bread was excellent, but pizza with stiffed crust... pepperoni was a little stale and tasteless. This place is hit or miss. I've been here a couple times and had excellent qualitypies, another time I waited an hour to find my order disappeared. Also, the neighborhood isn't great for night time pick ups. They do have a drive thru window, however, so you don't have to leave the safety of your vehicle. Read more
Left items out, "deep dish" pizza was just a regular crust shaped into a rectangle and under cooked. Couldn't get them to answer... their phone to resolve issues. Do not but from this store, they'll mess it up and never make it right. Read more
I went in to get one singular pizza which they were out of and I had to wait for them to make it. i?ve been waited well over 30... minutes in the parking lot right in front of the store waiting to be brought my pizza, and when I went in was told that theygave my pizza away twice and just forgot that my order was in. I would not recommend going here, they did everything in theirpower not to give me a refund or even some type of apology for taking so long. Plus the pizza that they gave me was not the oneI ordered. I?m not one to complain about places, but I frequent this location due to its proximity to my house and that it?s a cheap meal... for myself. I can honestly say I?ve never had a positive experience, whether it?s the staff?s attitude or the actual foodsomething is always negative.
