Very Very dissapointed. Took 50 minutes for my delivery. And when it did get there finally. Driver rolled down window and i... smelt nothing but maraijuana. I guess you can smoke weed and deliver food. That's probably why it took so long for my damn food.I'll never order from this location again. It's cold subs folks. Should never take that long. Freaky slow delivery! 2 hours and 10 minutes to have delivery 1 mile down the road! 4th or 5th time ordering with this type of... wait time with no call. Called for refund... told no. Will dispute with CC company and file with BBB for false advertisement. Read more

I ordered at 11am on Oct 24, 2022. I gave 2 orders because one was for me the patient. The other was for my son, caregiver. ... They were supposed to be delivered together. But only one order was delivered to the Akron General hospital, 224 West ExchangeSt, Akron, Oh. What happened to the other order? As of 1:20pm the other order was never delivered!!! Why??? This is TERRIBLEBUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I don't think they are dependable! The manager apologized on phone. But delivery girl never did. Read more

TWO TIMES IN A ROW THE SEND THE WRONG ORDER - EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE THE HAD IT CORRECT! MANAGER... "REFUSED" TO COME TO THE PHONE TO LISTEN TO COMPLAIN T AND THE ASSOCIATE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE FOUND IT ALL A BIT HUMEROUS. Not sure if it's staff shortage or other changes but this location has really gone downhill the past year - my order is either... wrong or super late, sometimes both! Forgot my cookie two orders in a row. Completely ignore curbside when I tried to use it andhad to go in anyway. Currently waiting for a sandwich I ordered 40 minutes ago from 7 minutes away. EDIT: In total took an hourto get a veggie sub and chips. Read more

I was disappointed with the customer service today. I ordered a Beach Club cut in half. After eating the first half, something... didn?t taste right. I opened the second half and realized the avocado spread was barely there. I asked for a little more, themanager told me I would have to pay $1.50 for extra. After a few minutes of explaining I didn?t want extra, just enough totaste, I gave up. Customer service is dead in this store. Read more
