Omg! Insomnia Cookies are awesome! It was my husbands birthday and we were at the ICU visiting my brother on life support for a... few days we came home to his birthday cookies for him and our family we had ordered. The packaging was awesome , the deliverywas on point and the cream cheese frosting was delightful! His favorite is chocolate chip and chocolate chunk! Everyone enjoyedthe variety my daughter and I selected! My favorite was the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie! My grandson loves the redvelvet cookie but the snickerdoodle cookie amazing too! The wait was rediculous. The order had been placed well ahead if time and the cookies were ready but the ice cream was not. The... colleague was nice, bit could have been more efficient. My ice cream was literally just a scoop in a cup but she had me waitwhole she helped a walk in client and I have to wait nearly 10 minutes before she got back to me. 1 employee was outside. It was ok - only 2 employees for a Saturday afternoon/early evening. You'd think perhaps they'd have more, since service was... very slow as a result. We tried the cookie butter bombs which weren't very good... especially considering the price. ($7 forbarely a half cup of ice cream) I mean, I'm sure the cookies are great, but we weren't wowed. My first experience of fresh hot cookies, not a big fan of sweet cookies. Never know it can be that good. Love what we?ve got,... me especially the white chocolate macadamia. It has coconut chips in it. You can also tell they use higher quality chocolate inall chocolate flavors. Every bite from the beginning to the end, full of surprise in very cute elegant different sizes paperboxes. U can definitely use it as a gift box. Just can?t stop eating it. Highly recommended. Love their warm, huge, delicious cookies and this place really goes above and beyond with their customer service. My husband had... ordered me a cookie cake for my birthday a few weeks ago but the delivery service they used must have dropped it off at thewrong address because we never got it. The employee at the store was extremely understanding and helpful, we were thinking maybewe could get a replacement and just go and pick it up this time. We not only got a replacement cookie cake but the kind employeeadded some free cookies for our troubles which we didn't expect since it wasn't Insomnia Cookies who lost the first cookie cakebut it was much appreciated and made my birthday.
