Stayed on the 1st floor... view of an alley. Although you can access wifi, the cellular service in non existent in our room. The... room and bathroom are outdated. The caulk is cracked and dirty, bathroom has some mildew, and the water does not empty well inthe sink. The door is tricky to open, we have to pull up and push to enter. The room itself is outdated. It does have a minifridge but the coffee maker is those 2 cup at a time pod version. Hotel is still operating under "covid rules", so housekeepingmust be requested 24 hrs in advance otherwise you will not receive service. You can request needed items from the front desk, but go to the desk and don't use the hotel phone. I tried the phone but no one answered and there was heavy static on the line.On a positive note, the front desk staff have been very accommodating. The parking is free and plentiful. If you just need thislocation and a room to sleep it will do just fine, but if you are used to an updated look and some perks (free continentalbreakfast/manager evening reception) book elsewhere. I really like this Hilton property. Our room was clean and modern, the outside covered patio was a perfect place to spend a day... enjoying the great Autumn weather reading a book and the location was also spot on for getting around the entire area. Theemployees were friendly, helpful and engaging. My only ?complaint? is that the eggs on the breakfast buffet were just to runnyto eat, but I was given two fried eggs on request. Read more

The restaurant and bar (which are listed as an amenities) were closed on a Saturday. We left to get take out and when we... returned there was absolutely no parking in the lots due to a wedding. So, we had to park very far away. Check out time was notlisted anywhere in the room. The room was clean; however, the shower was tiled and grouted and it appeared the grout was notcleaned in years. Our room had a door to an adjoining room for shared suites. But we were not sharing, and the door gave nosoundproofing whatsoever. The guests next door were not loud, you could just hear their every conversation and sounds. Payingover $250 for one night, I honestly was expecting better, especially from a Hilton. Read more

Great hotel. Much better quality than the price would reflect. Beau's restaurant is fantastic. The pork chop was incredible.... Location is great too. Across the street from mall and close to all the other shopping and food you would need. Read more

My belief is that you have different parameters on how you rate a place.. based on expectations and how the property views... themselves. A Super 8? lower expectations and rate accordingly With this property? higher expectations that failed on so manylevels. Rooms are dated, bathrooms are old, and black mildew on the caulking, hard water stains on tiles, old furniture. Mehat best. No house keeping ? unless you request it. I was there 4 days.. nothing. The good? lots of parking. Common areasseemed nice. But save yourself some money and find a newer hotel or something that has been updated. Read more

The hotel itself was nice, but I was upset that almost all the electric vehicle parking spots were occupied by ICE vehicles.... This was one of the main reasons why I picked this hotel, to charge during the night, and luckily I was able to take the lastspot. In the future I'd like to see better monitoring of these electric vehicle spots for EV's, rather than internal combustionengine vehicles, and an increased number of J-1772 chargers potentially in the back corner of the hotel to avoid ICE vehiclesparking in them. Very nice and comfy hotel. Lacks of some convenience, such as not having a master swift to turn all the lights off at once, but... bed and pillows are of very good quality. Lilly helped us with the check in and she did everything in a very efficient way, bringing solution for the guests. I would definitely stay here again. Read more

Always a nice hotel, but this time we planned a staycation with heavy pool time and we were surprised to see so little poolside... furniture available. Large gaps across the pool deck made lounges a rare commodity. The pool is very popular with guests so Ican imagine we weren?t the only ones who were disappointed. Only one table umbrella for the whole pool area was also amiss. Hope to see some improvement. We?d love to come back. Read more
