Went to Duncan this morning as i have for the last 8 years. A customer came in and had a problem with his order or something.... The manager came out and was very unprofessional. I have seen this customer in there for years. I do not know what the problemwas, but the manager and staff were very angry , dismisive , and rude. I own several business. These people woould be fired forthe way they treated this old man. I will never go to that Dunkin Donuts again, ever. Read more
