The worst Bob's I've ever been too. Guy walking floor came off very rude. We ordered our kids food with the drinks before our... own. That way we can get kids started. They decided on their own to wait to prepare all our food together. They never told us soour starving crying kids waiting almost 50 mins on kids meals. Food was cooked bad. We ordered curbside pickup on a Sunday night. The food came out when scheduled and was hot and fresh tasting. We ordered the... chicken salad, butter chicken dinner and a roast beef dinner. Everything was as expected and delicious. They did forget to giveus the chicken soup we ordered but the manager we spoke with was solution driven and helpful. We will be going back! Read more
I like Bob Evans as a chain restaurant but this particular location, I can't say that I would recommend it for breakfast. the... pictures that you will find with this post you will see that I ordered buttermilk pancakes, soft scrambled eggs, bacon strips,shredded hash browns and sausage patties. I will start by saying the sausage patties did not taste like Bob Evans sausagepatties and the soft scrambled eggs were more like hard scrambled eggs and the buttermilk pancakes were the worst buttermilkpancakes I have ever tasted, they were very heavy and doughy. I love Bob Evans brand sausage and I buy it at the grocery storeson the regular basis for my home but this sausage that I had today at the Bob Evans restaurant did not taste like their brand ofsausage to me. I must give it to the staff there or should I say the servers. The servers that I met and spoke with were verynice very professional at this particular location. Food was great and service was awesome!! Way to go Starla!! You made my family's experience wonderful with the accuracy and how... friendly and efficient you was. I will say the only fault in our experience was the blue haired hostess that was the RUDEST Ihave ever been greeted in my life. Attitude was poor, we had a larger party and my entire family heard her say "Jesus" under herbreath when she asked me how many (there was 6) and we almost walked out. She seated us and tossed the menus down on the table,tossed the silverware in the RUDEST most unprofessional way. I understand it was busy and a holiday but you do NOT treat peoplethat way in ANY circumstance.
