This shop, because of the family who takes care of everyone, makes it one of a kind. It's darn near impossible anymore to find a... slice shop outside of Sbarro at a mall, so I think that gives it an edge over every other pizza shop. Each and every NewYork-style pizza is hand tossed before your eyes, literally in front of you. The ingredients are top notch, a fantastic mix ofAmerican and traditional Italian options. I have been going here for years, often making the trip from my home in North Cantonbecause incredible things are hard to come by - we are lucky enough to have such a thing in Copley, Ohio. My experience was really good. I love a flakey crispy crust! Extremely quick service. Food was ready within a couple of minutes.

Big Star is one of my favorite New York style pizzas. Ver to reasonably priced and the owners are fantastic! I stop every time... I'm in the area and it is consistently excellent! Mostly a take out but the have a few tables. A real "working man's" kind ofplace. Everyone I have ever brought here or had try it has loved their pizza. Their crust has the great crunchy yet chewytexture I love in a ny style. Sauce is tasty and mild (non-acidic). Read more

The owner is a real cool guy! The pizza smelled great, bit I went in got a philly cheese steak. It was amazing! I can't wait... to go back and try the pizza! This is one of them gem places, I will be visiting Big Star very often. Read more
