Staff is always friendly. The food is really good. Nice dine in area. Haven't had any issues with my orders.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I tried to order from the app first. The app couldn't even find the location, and I had to punch in... the address directly to get it. It came up as "lot 3". I make my selections, apply my "25% off" discount, and hit the GooglePay button. "Technical difficulties". I tried the card directly. Same thing. Tried a credit card. Technical difficulties. Had togive up and try my luck in store. Had to laugh when I saw the sign on the door. It says "please be kind to the staff that arehere to serve you." Gee whiz, I wonder why they need THAT? A 16-year-old teen with a freaking EARBUD in her ear comes to theregister. I say "I'd like two medium Cajun Fish meals with peach lemonade please." She tells me "we don't have cajun fish." Ipoint to the sign. She says "Ohhh, you mean the cajun fish WRAP!" Good job, Sherlock. Then she asks "did you want the drinksmedium or medium meals." "Like I said, two medium meals with peach lemonade." I finally get rung up. Some other customers comethrough in the mean time. The manager tells me I'm just waiting on the curly fries, and I say that's fine. The manager hands methe bag and two empty cups. I ask about the lemonade. The teen *huffs* out loud, says "I ain't takin' customers no more", andmarches into the back. The manager has to ring me up a second time for the $1.10 difference. I finally get my drinks. The wholeprocess took over 20 minutes. Didn't even get to use the discount. Absolutely abysmal. Read more

This Arby's always is clean. The staff is nice, and the food is hot. I'm sad they eliminated salads, but this it not this... location's fault. Other Arby's I have been to have not been as cordial. This one is quite nice. Read more

Messed up the order completely. 2/for $7 BACON CHEDDAR with coupon. No bacon, wrapper was wet, sandwich looked old and sloppy. ... I will return it tomorrow since the are not answering the phone 9:20 p.m. Read more

It must have been a full moon...a very demanding customer held up the line...blonde female heavy set Mgr did nothing but stand... there complaining about employee attempting calling off and discussing contents of safe with other employee starting hershift...very unprofessional and customers did not want or need to hear. It was all very annoying. Never had an experience likethis there before. 2/ $6 sandwiches good deal! Read more
