Between the two of us we had French onion soup a side of green beans delicious full rack of baby back ribs along with a side of... garlic mashed potatoes. We had great weight staff very friendly host and the food came out promptly and was very good. Applebee's Montrose Had wings and soup. The wings were good. The chicken tortilla soup, ok. It was luke warm and would have... been much better if properly seasoned. The group seated behind us requested hand wipes as we had to do. Suggestion: if we'reordering wings and other messy foods, please provide hand wipes as a protocol. We shouldn't have to ask for them. I was provideda plastic spoon for my soup. I don't use plastic service ware unless I'm in a motor vehicle and getting fast food in a drivethrough. I certainly don't want to use them when dining in a restaurant. The atmosphere was interesting. Not sure what was goingon, but there appeared to be some cultural dynamics going on and from what we heard the police were there the night before. Wehope they work things out. Wow! Service (1 star) How it started: Since the time we got seated to the time someone came to take our order was no lie 45... minutes. The bartender was our waitress and she said that she did not see us smh. A guy at the bar had to tell her that we werehere at a table waiting to be served. Good food but super slow service. Our waitress was very kind, but there was maybe 3 other people in the entire restaurant and it... still took us almost an hour to get our food. We ordered a lava cake and they forgot about it, but we didn?t have time to waitfor it to come out so we had to leave. Came in and the whole bar was just filled with dishes people standing not cleaning it up it was absolutely terrible bartender... was all alone taking care of to much this is the worst I have ever seen any restaurant look. Read more

I definite could not believe the experience. I went to this Applebee's with a friend of mine and when we first got there... everything was cool. The waitress was nice, she went to get our drinks, took our order, but then we never seen her again. Iordered a Double Cheeseburger and my friend ordered the Three Cheese Pasta. When my Burger came out (after about 45 min, thatwas crazy, because there was only about six table in there) brought by a kitchen worker, the meat was about 3" in diameter,nothing like the picture and my Fries were cold and salty I mean it was nowhere close to the edge of the bread. When I stoppedthe manager and I told him that this was nowhere close to the pic he said: "Hey that's the way that they get after you cookthem. And when it came to my friend's Pasta, he was missing ingredients. When he asked the manager about that, the managersaid: "Oh yeah, we ran out of that on yours".
