The food here is really bad compared to other tim Hortons, sometimes the coffee is terrible too, and they don't follow basic... labour laws. You can take a break if you ask for one, but if you do you're not considered "a team player". Read more
I ordered a tea and left with a coffee. ???? I went back after work to get my tea and she wouldn't take the old cup back. Which... is interesting because if I hadn't brought the cup back I couldn't have proved I got the wrong drink in the first place. So Imiss out on my morning tea only to have to nurse a a cold coffee all day, just to drive back again, to get the tea I shouldhave got in the morning and the woman wouldn't even take the old cup back. Went through the drive through on Sunday. I witnessed the most ridiculous thing ever. They take your order fill it and wait till... order order is done and paid for and you drive away and leave to serve the next customer. Are you freaking kidding me ??? Therewere 3 cars ahead of us and it took over 20 mins to get served. Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered STEEP TEA'S and they tried topass it off as steeped but I could clearly tell it was bag tea by the taste. Very rude and unfriendly staff. They didn't even apologize for the ridiculously slow and awful service. I will never go here again and will tell all my friends not to either.Shame on you people Read more
Yes this place is easy to get to but the customer service with the younger staff is awful they act like they don't want to be... there. Some of the staff members give you attitude, and I've seen some staff in casual clothing which is very unprofessional ithas not been a good experience for me they close earlier then the time they say they close, and this Tim Hortons rarely hasanything you want to order. Perfectly placed location as it's easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and very quick. I don't think I've had a coffee... sandwich and donut order filled so fast at a Tim Hortons. Was not sloppy or just throwing together they are just quick here.They didn't have any buns at the time I ordered my sandwich so the staff recommended I have it on a croissant, and it wasexcellent it might actually be my new go-to move for sandwiches there. I came through the drive thru at 6:45am for a med hot chocolate and a BLT, this is what I get no mayo shredded bacon and... shredded and red lettuce. I'm not Impress with this location now I'm at work with no breakfast. Read more
Closes too early. By the time I got there, it was already closed and cleaned out. It was clean, and the convenient store has... lots of necessities. It?s located inside the gas station. Very small, so I would assume not a lot of options, just their bestsellers. I did not have the greatest experience from the gas station staff though. Read more
Requires additional staff. Same person is taking care of front, drive-through & mobile orders. Ridiculous waiting times. Most of... the customers here need to get to the Ajax Go Station on time. There is no point of mobile orders if you have to wait in regularfront queues. Read more
