Went today and ordered various items to take home. The passion fruit quencher tasted like water, in the bacon grilled cheese... sandwich, the staff forgot to put the bacon. Overall, staff needs more training I guess. Read more
This Tim Hortons used to be very efficient with good service. What happened??? Today I was in the drive through and each car... was taking at least 10 minutes per car. When I finally made my way to place my order, they were out of ingredients for half thechoices on the menu. No buns for their sandwiches. Out of most bagels. No buns for the chili. No wonder each car was taking solong for their orders. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese was not cooked. Read more
If you want speed and quick order. Go to Drive-thru. This is a Tim Horton's rule of thumb at this point. So dinning room line... gets busy because of the connected Gas Station traffic. Staff is friendly and great, their balance between drive-thru and frontcounter is horrible most of the times, expect a 5 min wait, but if you're rushing to catch your bus; don't risk it.
