The staff here are so ridiculously rude. I?m always understanding and patient when visiting busy franchises because I understand... that it gets busy and overwhelming but the attitude and disrespect I received for no reason other than the fact I was simplyordering in the drive thru was insane. If the owner reads these, please do better! You just lost a customer, I rather drive tothe other Tim hortans in town to avoid this one. Bread for my sandwich was burnt as well. Read more
Update: sept 18.2022 So I just went back, AGAIN .. and same thing. They are always cleaning their laté machine. Sales could... really be higher at this location if they weren?t sleeping all the time. Original review: This location is always cleaning themachine that makes the chai tea laté. It?s can?t be a coincidence that I have come here three time this month so far and eachtime they apologize that they cannot make the tea for me as they are cleaning the machine. One of the worst Tim Hortons. Although close to my home, I will now drive to another Tim Hortons and never come here again. Very... dirty, filthy and extremely Rude staff. 8:30 pm all shelf are empty, the staff ( 2 little kids with no manners) running theplace at busy evening with nothing available. 8:30 pm they don?t have steap tea, how long does it take to brew tea ? $8.79 for a bacon grilled cheese. Had to wait 5 minutes for it and it looks like they stuck it in the griller for 20 seconds.... Cheese wasn?t melted, not sure how they usually make it, but the outside had cheese on one side and nothing on the other, Ithought they would?ve buttered the bread or something?
