The staff here are so ridiculously rude. I?m always understanding and patient when visiting busy franchises because I understand... that it gets busy and overwhelming but the attitude and disrespect I received for no reason other than the fact I was simplyordering in the drive thru was insane. Update: sept 18.2022 So I just went back, AGAIN .. and same thing. They are always cleaning their laté machine. Sales could... really be higher at this location if they weren?t sleeping all the time. Original review: This location is always cleaning themachine that makes the chai tea laté. It?s can?t be a coincidence that I have come here three time this month so far and eachtime they apologize that they cannot make the tea for me as they are cleaning the machine.
