Honestly the worst tim hortons i have ever been to. I got four sesame seed bagels double toasted double butter one with cream... cheese. They were disgusting and im not lying when i say we literally only had a single bite... they tasted so bitter for somereason. The cream cheese bagel was burnt so i came back and told them what was up and they offered to make fresh ones ( i guessthe previous ones were just old..?) i got happy... but when i saw the new bagels they were dry without butter this time. Thisisnt the first time i had to go back and get my breakfast remade. Super annoying. The management is also garbage its full ofpeople who dont understand english except for one lady who spoke well but i guess she wasnt working with new hires. I got hiredat this location, the manager didnt even know what she was doing and everytime i asked a question she act like she either didntknow what i said or just nodded and say ok im busy talk later. The training was online which i was told will be paid for i wentthere 3 days 4 hours and they didnt even pay me the entire amount. 2nd review until further action is taken nothing will change here. Everytime I come to this location they say they never have... iced coffee, it has been 2 weeks. I tested the theory that they are not making it to sell cold brew which essentially is icedcoffee without the cream and syrup and cost more. Horrible service and constantly getting incorrect orders, having to repeatmyself multiple times at the drive thru and still getting incorrect order. Please investigate. Read more
I went there this morning to get a steeped tea via drive thru. when I got my tea it tasted like absolute garbage. It was... completely burnt, I?ve never had tea like that before. I went back to the location and went inside, the line up was ridiculous,there were 7 women working and half of them were just standing around looking confused. I told the lady who was taking my orderthat my tea was burnt she just rolled her eyes and said that?s not possible? then told another lady to make me a new one, thatlady ignored her and went onto to take other peoples orders , I stood around for 15 minutes until they gave me a new tea from anew pot. No apologies, nothing. Worst customer service ever. The assistant manager is completely useless, she does not manageher staff well. Read more
Incredibly understaffed - There were only 3-4 people working and I overheard that there was no manager/supervisor present at the... time (around evening). Slow - It?s not the staff?s fault for slow service since there are literally not enough people workingand they are being over worked for a minimum wage job. Not clean - The place had dirty tables and a bunch of ants around thetable due to no one cleaning. Low stock - they didn?t have chicken, wedges, ice coffee or lemonade!! It makes you questiontheir management because they seem to not have many items. Busy and only gets worse - People pile up, those waiting for mobileorders, food delivery services and the people who order in person. Awful management - The people who are hired aren?t trainedproperly nor do they have enough people to even function/work efficiently. Management doesn?t care or they aren?t doing theirjob. Overall, the few times I went there was terrible and ran into the same problems. So it?s not a one time thingunfortunately. I have worked in the fast food industry before and it was so upsetting to see and I felt dread for the staffbecause they were obviously being overworked for a minimum paying job due to trash management.
