This location takes forever with the most basic orders. Just a regular tall or grande black coffee takes forever. Avoid this... location if you can. Read more
They were super busy today because it was red cup day so I understand it was super crazy with everybody ordering. However, one... of the staff members, Nadia, purposely ignored me when I asked her a question. And when I said ?excuse me? again she justpointed to another employee and said you can ask her. And on top of that i got the wrong drink....I ordered a hot irish creamamericano and got a cold one instead. Read more

I hate this Starbucks but was in the area. Yasmin would not give me 50% off my drink for the current promotion even though the... email says I can show it to the barista. I called customer service and got a credit. Customer service when you call is topnotch. Why don?t these employees know how to use their own promotions? Read more
