Above average but kinda mid breakfast?for such a busy spot the food could have a little bit more passion. Don?t expect much from... the sides (eggs, home fries..etc), they were definitely in need of some seasoning. The service was also ok, but they don?t seemto engage with the customers once your order is taken and served. Overall, I would only recommend this spot if you?re looking toget full on some affordable pancakes smothered in syrup. However, the cinnamon bun stack was definitely a stand out item! Read more

Poor service and the food wasn't very good. The eggs Benedict was sloppy and the bacon was greasy and fatty. There was a chunk... of egg shell too, a big crunch into eggs is pretty off putting. The waitress didn't bring the correct meal, missing the freshfruit, and didn't toast the bun as requested. She didn't come to check on us we had to flag her down. I don?t typically like to go out for breakfast, however I am VERY happy we stopped by Stacked! We were greeted by a friendly... staff member who sanitized her hands in plain sight which I appreciated, then seated us. Food and drinks came in a reasonableamount of time (even though the restaurant was quite busy), and the portions were HUGE for the price paid- was not expecting theamount of food we received! Multiple waitresses came by to refill coffee throughout our stay as well. I wish I could rememberour waitress? name, because she was so lovely and kind, and she made sure to double check with the kitchen regarding myallergies. Visited Stacked for the first time and as soon as we walked in my daughter & I were greeted with a smile and in a friendly... manner. The place was packed for the long weekend, and workers were very friendly and attentive. They had a large menuconsisting of some vegetarian options, different waffles, omelettes, and pancake options. Everything sounds amazing and just asexpected they were. The price point was amazing and the presentation of the food was beautiful. My daughter ordered thechocolate chip cookie dough pancakes and I ordered the Express which consists of 2 eggs, your choice of 2 bacon or sausage, homefries and your choice of toast. The food is always excellent, I always get exactly what I ask for. I?m never disappointed with this location. The servers are so... great, always young ladies that are always on top of it! The breakfast and brunch scene in Ajax is getting more competitive and these days it takes a lot more to be relevant. "Stacked"... succeds at striking the right balance between value and flavour. They serve an assortments of omelets, sandwiches, waffles andpancakes so you'll definitely find something that hits the spot should you swing by on a Sunday morning/afternoon.
