Decided to come here for lunch today because I wanted a healthy option that didn?t compromise too much on taste. I hate most... salads but after seeing the reviews of this place, I decided to try the custom grain bowl. Portion size: Excellent portion sizefor one person. You will be full after eating this. If you are someone who has a smaller appetite, you may not be able tofinish. Taste: Amazing fresh tasting ingredients with lots of different unique flavours. I got grilled chicken on top which wasseasoned well and perfectly tender. Best of all, it?s all super healthy. Value for money: At around $17.50 with tax for thegrain bowl you?ll be hard pressed to beat the value for taste, size and benefit to your health at this price. Amazing spot! So excited that this is right around the corner from me! Highly reccomend the smoothie bowls! The place is so... bright and cute. This place is the real deal and I?m so happy it?s here! We need more of these healthy spots around. There?s nothing around that... compares to Salus. The food is absolutely incredible and you leave feeling so great after. Past that, Donna is the nicest ladyever and will always take care of you. Spectacular! I am not from around the area and was looking for a fresh salad bar. I am do happy I found this place.
