Absolutely delicious. Been years since I tried their pizza, what was I thinking? Friendly speedy service, good value.
Customer service rep who took order was amazing. However the store, did not follow any of the instructions. The cheesy stick... was not even cut into 4 pieces it was literally a loaf of bread with cheese on top. Requested thin crust well done,unfortunately this was not followed. I asked for bbq dip sauce. And got honey garlic (basically it's just honey, not a gooddip). Would not recommend this location again. Read more
I love Pizzaville and always had a great experience. They make very tasty pizzas! However, the service and quality at this... location are gradually going down. Lately, they have been very stingy and skimping on the cheese. Some slices have next to nocheese and all you see is the tomato sauce. Also, the guy with the long hair who makes the pizza and works upfront can brush upon his customer service. Otherwise, great spot and much-needed location in Ajax! Read more
I tried the pizza here and it's delicious. This location has the nicest lady making your pizza. She is very kind and makes... your pizza just the way you want it. I get the thin crust and it's so yummy. They are always on time...never had to wait.. Read more
Order 14pc of chicken. They gave me 3 pieces that were half a drum and half a wing. Wish the place would at least be... reasonable, if the pieces are smaller shouldn't there be extra pieces. Definitely not worth it. Unwelcoming and rude customerservice. I walked in to pick my order and was given looks as if I was intruding for picking up my order. Then I had to ask forplates. They could at least have read the order instead of me having to ask for plates and napkins when it clearly stated on theinvoice. Why have an option online to order plates and napkins when you have to verbally ask. The napkins I had to get myselfand was given a rude look. P.s i only took 3 peices of napkin. I honestly don't know if this place is just cheap or lazy. Theonly plus side is they didn't screw up my pizza order. Read more
Met Mustafa, very friendly and welcoming person! A very unique service:) He actually takes time to explain different... promos. Great location with extra super polite staff. Decent speedy service. Have Ordered extra cheese at different places,but this one you Can clearly see and taste it. Very clean place from inside. Not a huge sitting place inside. Does have highchairs. Fairly large screen TV. Lots of parking outside. Read more
