Ordered delivery and paid cash. Order came to $32.48 including the delivery fee. My wife gave the driver a $50 bill, and tells... the guy to just give her back 10. (a tip of over $7..or around 22%). He says he left his wallet in the car and goes to getit. Comes back with $6 and a bunch of 20s and says the last customer got all his change, so my wife - on the spot now - caneither take back the $6 or send the guy back to the store for some change while we wait longer for our food. I'm sorry, butthat's not my problem if your driver can't carry change when the online order clearly said we were paying cash. This guyscammed his way into an $11.52 (35%) tip. Pizza Nova pizza is always good. Ordering online for this location was such a hassle, ended up going right in store to order... instead. Service was alright, the man behind the counter could of been a bit nicer. Did not offer any specials or bundles thatwas online, which I was trying to order. The food is fine, the pizza is usually undercooked slightly, but the people that work there are really the worst. Almost... everytime we've been to this location theres a problem, the order is incorrect, or the staff is rude, or both. The staff actlike they are so inconvenienced by people coming into the store, huffing about and being rude when they take your order. Read more
