I am currently at this location and the man that is serving my daughter and I has absolutely NO customer service skills. There... definitely needs to be retraining at this location at 15 Westney Rd. in Ajax! People skills training will definitely be anasset to more sales at this location! I have severe laryngitis and find it hard to project my voice through the mask. Heyelled at me and said: "that he is very busy here and that I am making it very hard on him!" I will *NEVER* go back to thislocation, even if they offered me free subs for a lifetime!!!!!!!!! I only gave this Mr. Sub location one star because there wasno choice to give *NO STARS*!!!! Are you kidding me?? $18.50 for two six inch subs, one that had the bun sliced so terribly that it wouldn?t have held the... ingredients, the other with hardly any fillings at all. Server argumentative when questioned. What happened to Mr Sub? Last timethe requested bacon lettuce tomato & cheese, the server was only putting bacon & cheese on it until she was asked what about therest. You figure when you request a blt with cheese that you would get, well, a blt with cheese without having to remind themabout the rest. It?s bad enough how skimpy the subs have gotten but tonight was the absolute worst. The steak & cheese hadalmost no sauce, the steak looked like dog food, I guess we should be thankful how sparse the ingredients were. Major fail, MrSub, you used to be a favourite. Read more
This location used to be great until new management took over. The man who was about to take my order had just finished a... transaction with a previous customer. The man was counting the money and touching it with gloves before putting it in theregister. As soon as he was finished, he began making my order WITH THE SAME GLOVES - no change at all after dealing with themoney. I asked him kindly if he could switch gloves. He rolled his eyes and eventually changed them, for fresh new order.During payment, I asked for a plastic bag to put my sub in. He threw the bag on the table and went to check his phone, not acare in the world. Definitely won?t be coming back. Read more
