Amazing place with lots of variety I just loved the icecream and it was too yum

I absolutely love the ice cream here and a lovely lady was serving the scoops when i visited on Nov 10 2021. Her name was Alina... and the store had a long line of customers waiting, but she was smiling and serving everyone, even suggested toppings for mysundae. The owner really needs to hire more people for the store. They don?t know the abc of running the business, and are justtrying to make the most from having one or max two people in the store. The ice cream is good so people return but the poorperson serving in the store is running around, doing everything alone. Read more

Good selection and clean but? just like other mentioned in their reviews, the guy who seems to be the manager does not know abc... of customer service. No greeting, no smile, not asking about what mixing to use, not very friendly at all, borderline rude.Seems to be getting worse over the months. Did not even know how to scan gift cards. Ice cream here is real, not made in a factory, creamy, and good. Mix in unlimited amount of toppings without any surcharge.... prices aren't too low but often you can get coupons for some good deals. They also have cakes and ice cream sandwiches. Theyhad fewer flavours than I was hoping for but a lot of combinations and a lot of toppings! Read more
