I usually go through the drive thru but I wish it was in a larger parking lot because it?s in a busy area. But the food is... always fresh and customer service is excellent. Very patient when I order and sometimes I do more than one. Comes out hotespecially the fries. They always give napkins and the ice cream is really tasty. I asked for strawberry pies and got apple. Fried pickles were soft and soggy like they were sitting there for weeks. I asked... for extra onions and barely got any. They serve disgusting paper straws. I personally won't be coming back. Oh I already sentfeedback. It was the first thing I did. Absolutely disgusting a simple instruction can't be followed. Read more
This is my favorite Harvey's location in the GTA! The staff are the nicest and the food is perfect temperature and the toppings... are fresh. Drive thru is quick and efficient and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Food tastes great ! Read more
I don't go to Harvey's nearly enough, but this location has the friendliest and most pleasant staff and the food is always good.... My only one problem is that they don't know how to put tomato on a hot dog, it's usually just sitting on the top, not put underthe hotdog so it's stays in place. This Harvey's is located in a busy plaza at the north east corner of Westney Rd and Kingston Rd in Ajax. Upon entering there... are signage and hand sanitizers. There are plexiglass barriers between the customers and staff by the cashier. I ordered the 2can dine original burger combos for $12.29. I was able to collect Scene points using my Samsung wallet. Service was friendlybut it seemed like the team was abit overwhelmed with drive thru orders, food delivery, takeout and dine in orders. I waitedabout 5 minutes to get my burger order and then another 10 minutes for my onion rings. At least the onion rings were fresh outof the fryer. Overall food was good but they need to work on better team work. Takeout orders inside shouldn't take longer thandrive thru orders. I visit them regularly since it's close to home. Don't forget they have an app where you can order ahead andpickup thru drive thru or inside. Read more

I just went to harveys the one located in ajax in westney heights plaza. I went inside the restaurant to order my food. The... first impression was bad for me as the lady who was serving me was rude and and was giving unprofessional gestures to me and myfriend. The lady was wearing glasses and hijab. Not sure if she was a manager as I never seen her before. I am regular customerand I usually come 2 or 3 times at this location in a week. People come outside to eat so that they can have good experience ofeverything as well as food. But It seems like she is just forced to serve customers. For a customer like me or anybody who comesto your restaurant twice or thrice would expects good customer service along with the food. Now comes to food, I asked for freshfries which were not fresh at all. I realized it after I already left the store and was forced to eat the stale fries. I spentlike 25$ on my food and if I can't get nice and fresh food then forget that I will come back to your restaurant. Also I askedfor chipotle on the side in a container but they gave me a spicy sauce that looked like chipotle and I ended up burning mymouth. You guys need to really learn about customer service.
