When I got there around 7:30 on a Thursday, the place was super busy. There was not enough staff, so the couple in front of me... and I waited 10 mins at the register while they played catch up with all the orders before they even took ours. I ordered adouble cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup, onion, tomato, jalapeño peppers, and grilled mushroom for my wife and a bacon cheesedog with onions and ketchup for myself for takeout. With a poutine and fries, and I tipped a small amount since the kids lookedlike they were working hard, came out to be about $42. It was a long wait because they were busy, so I was looking at myreceipt. It looked like they had missed the cheese on the order for the burger. They hadn?t charged me for it , so whatever. Ididn?t want to have to go through with the hassle of having to pay for the difference to change it when they were so busy. Weeventually get our food and head home. The bacon cheese dog is tiny. For $8, I was at least expecting a Costco sized hot dog.Instead, you get a 0.75 cent ikea dog, cut into two halves lengthwise, smushed down into tin foil. They also did not put cheeseon it, even though I was charged for it on my receipt. Horrible value when it?s correct, even worse when they mess it up. Mywife opens her burger and on top of the incorrectly placed order that lacked cheese, they had put 3 Patties on the burger andgreen peppers for some reason. She hates green peppers, but whatever, she just picked them off. She had violent food poisoninglast night. I didn?t have any of her burger, so we?re assuming it?s that. If you?re fine waiting a long time just to get avariation of what you ordered and some food poisoning, eat here. I?ll probably just go to the other burger place in this plazanext time though. Over the phone ordering system is actually awesome! Normally would be annoyed with talking to a robot over the phone but it was... flawless and the next time I called to place an order for pickup it remembered my order and asked if I wanted to place the sameas last time! My girlfriend and I ordered two burgers from here. After a few minutes of waiting we noticed that the girl working behind the... till incorrectly put in the order, so we went back to the counter to correct them. Little did I know they had already finishedmaking 1 burger and had it sitting there until the other was done. Because if this the one burger was ice cold and disgusting.The girl who refunded the order was rude and unhelpful- will not be eating here ever again. Also waited over 30 minutes for theorder. I have never been to a fast food restaurant and have had a better experience then I had yesterday. It was my first time having... Five Guys and the women on cash, Princess (I made sure to get her name because she was just THAT amazing) went above and beyondto make my experience worth coming back. She took the time to walk me through the menu, she was patient with me while I wasordering and she was just honestly the nicest most amazing cashier I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back not justfor the delicious meal but to hopefully be welcomed by Princesses welcoming energy again! Someone I know swears by Five Guys, I?ve had it once before but didn?t remember it. They said the fries are amazing, they were... bland and nothing special ? New York fries with there Cajun spice is so much better. The burger was messy and soggy but tastedgood however the bacon is made in a big batch in the morning and just sits out all day kinda gross. For $17 without a drink Iprobably would go else where Read more
It was my 1st time visit. I order fries but it was not special. Their veggie sandwich is good.
Clean, good value. Unlimited free toppings Big portions Free refills on drinks. Delicious fresh fries. Peanuts to snack on while... waiting for order. A surprising amount of "bonus fries" in bottom of bag! ???? * not safe for those with peanut allergies. Read more
