Ordered 3 lightly baked pizzas on 2022-09-04 around 5:00pm and when I got home I found 2 of the 3 had half of the pizza... completely uncooked. I could pull the dough out like cheese and its was falling apart before I could take it out of the box. Iwent back to the store to complain about the undercooked pizza and get the 2 out of the 3 pizzas remade and they told me "whenyou select lightly baked we only cook the pizza like that because people like to take home the pizza and finish cooking itthemselves". They ended up only doing 1 of the pizzas because of the "policy". I don't know how unprofessional you can be butthis has to be some of the most garbage customer service I have received from any store. Figure it out guys its just pizza. Read more

UPDATE--- Absolutely no contact from management or the owners. This location I've called multiple times to speak to someone in... power and they seem to not care and take down my information for someone to call me back but nobody ever does. I'm filing acomplaint with head office regarding this franchise and the other location in Ajax. Very disappointing ???? BE WARNED?? Ordered a walk in medium pizza with triple cheese and Brooklyn pepperoni and received almost triple cheese and definitelynot close to triple pepperoni. Went back into the store and explained the pizza issue and got the response of ( Brooklynpepperoni is bigger ) I explained that I ordered triple and there is only one layer and he said ya one layer. Explained theOther location make the pizza nice and thick with pepperoni and truly no positive answer back. Unsure who owns this locationbut the owner needs to retrain the workers on how to make pizza and proper customer service. This location has had multiplecomplaints and the owner hasn't done anything about it. Highly doubt they will reply to this, Highly recommend you stay awayunless you like to spend money on basic toppings at a premium price for extras. I ordered a gluten free and I got a sauce and flavor free. I'm fully aware of what the limitations are of gluten free pizza and... I don't have unrealistic epectations But what I got from here needs to be improved. Papa John's does a very similar pizza butit's much better quality Read more
worst place to get pizza from, I ordered online takeout special large pizza with 4 toppings on May11th,2021, came home, pizza... was half burnt and very dry. couldn't bring it back to store as my kids had started eating, put feedback on their website andsomeone called me few minutes back offering half cheesy bread.... really pathetic place run by god knows what type of people. Great pizza and chicken, delivery is fast cheap and convenient as well as able to earn points with online orders. Unsatisfied... with the amount of cheese they put on the pizza so I ordered double cheese and cheddar cheese and still was disappointed withthe amount as I can still Clearly see the base of the pizza and the sauce.
