I am just hoping you guys were honest with us after we bought your tea, then my grandson brought his 4yr old brother to use the... washroom. We noticed them waiting and enter to ask and your staff said someone was in there. The poor kid waited and no one cameout. Hadtto take him outside cuz he was almost peeing himself. I ordered 4 winter melon tea with my wife and children at 10:09pm. the girl handed us 4 orders of winter melon but they added... lemon which we didn?t order. my wife returned the order and they replaced it with drinks filled with so much ice that we didn?thave that much to drink. furthermore, i ordered 19 drinks in total so i asked the lady to check so that i can get the freedrink but she told my wife to pay first so that she can check. i asked to get the free drink but she told me i have to orderagain to get the freebie. i am so disappointed with my experience. I usually order a minimum of 4 large winter melon tea at this location. Tonight, i ordered and they added lemon so i came back... to return it. They replaced my order but filled the glass with so much ice and there?s not much to drink. I am reallydisappointed with my experience tonight. Read more

Coco has the BEST brown sugar pearl milk tea. Its always sold out so I get an iced tea :( Employees are sweet:)

Came here on a whim and it was the only tea place open in the area. Service was okay. The location was clean I ordered the... March Special which was the Bubble Gaga - it was okay ? I would advise when ordering passion fruit drinks - the seed does getcaught in it and changes the experience of having hard seed vs just a smooth drink. It was still an enjoyable drink. Thepricing is quite average compared to other local areas. They do have the ?monthly? specials where the pricing is adjust to bedollar cheaper for the larger size. Not a huge discount but it?s something nonetheless that allows you to enjoy the differentmonthly flavours ! Lots of parking. Would visit again. Read more

I don?t visit this one as often cuz I moved but I?m never disappointed every time I visit:) my drinks always taste amazing and... the service is friendly. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if they?re busy but it?s nothing terrible. Also so pretty and cleaninside! Read more

This was my first time at CoCo Fresh anywhere and it was a really great experience. The staff were really friendly and answered... all my questions. They helped me decide what to order! The drink was really good, I little on the sweet side for me (I ordered70% sugar, I?ll order 50% next time) but that?s just the learning curve when you order new drinks.
